Omelette with zucchini
In a pan a little oil.Add zucchini cut into cubes.Add 1/2 cup of water,salt q.b. and cook for 15 minutes.Add 2 eggs with grated parmesan cheese in a bowl .In the oven for 20 minutes at 150 degrees.
